These terms and conditions include (a) the general terms of use applicable to your use of Taxi 24/7 Technologies; and (b) specific provisions relating to VAT for trips undertaken in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (attached in Appendix 1).
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions contain information about your rights and obligations and other important information in connection with your use of Taxi 24/7 technologies.

General Terms of Use

These Terms and Use, including the General Terms of Use and the Value Added Tax Terms in Appendix 1 (together, the “Terms”) govern the access or use by individuals within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of the applications, websites, content, products and services (“Services”) provided by Tanfeeth. Regional Trading, the owner of the 24/7 Taxi application, a limited liability company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and headquartered in Jubail and registered with the Ministry of Commerce under Registration No. 2055130968.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES.

Your access to and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and 24/7 Taxi. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms specifically supersede any prior agreements or arrangements with you. The company that owns Taxi 24/7 may immediately terminate these conditions or any of the services that concern you, or generally stop offering the services or deny access to them or any part of them at any time and for any reason.

Some supplemental terms may apply to certain services, such as policies for a particular event, activity or promotion, and these supplemental terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the services provided. Supplemental Terms are in addition to and form part of the Terms for the purposes of the Services. Supplemental Terms shall prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict with respect to the Services provided.

Taxi 24/7 may amend the conditions related to the services from time to time. Amendments will take effect upon Taxi 24/7 posting these updated terms on this site or posting revised policies or supplemental terms relating to the service provided. Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms as amended.

We collect and use personal data in connection with the Services in accordance with what is set forth in the Taxi 24/7 Privacy Policy, which can be found at the following link: https://taxi24.app 24/7 Taxi may provide the necessary Information (including your contact information) to claims adjusters or insurance companies in the event of a complaint, dispute or disagreement which may involve an accident between you and an external service provider (including a network company driver) where such information or The data is necessary to resolve a complaint, dispute or dispute.

Services

The Services constitute a technology platform that enables users of Taxi 24/7 mobile applications or websites available as part of the Services (each an “Application”) to arrange and schedule transportation and/or logistics services with independent third party providers of such services, including These are independent third-party transportation service providers and independent third-party logistics service providers under agreement with Taxi 24/7 or some of its subsidiaries (“Third Party Providers”). The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only unless 24/7 Taxi has agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement with you. You acknowledge that 24/7 Taxi does not provide transportation or logistics services or act as a carrier and that all transportation or logistics services are provided by independent third party contractors who are not employed by 24/7 Taxi or any of its subsidiaries.

License.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Taxi 24/7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to: (i) access and use the Applications on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the Services; and (ii) access and use any content, information and related materials that may be made available through the Services, in all such cases for personal, non-commercial use only. 24/7 Taxi and its licensors reserve any rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

You may not: (i) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any portion of the Services; or (ii) reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works from, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, circulate, publish or otherwise exploit the Services except as permitted by Taxi 24 / 7 explicitly; (iii) tamper with, reverse engineer or disassemble it except as permitted by applicable laws; (iv) link to, mirror, or frame any part of the Services; (v) create or cause the creation of any programs or scripts for the purpose of scraping, indexing, deleting or otherwise exploiting any part of the Services, or improperly overburdening or impairing the operation and/or functionality of any aspect of the Services; or (vi) attempt to gain unauthorized access to or damage any aspect of the Services or any related systems and networks.

The provision of services.

You acknowledge that parts of the Services may be made available under various Taxi 24/7 brands or ordering options related to transportation services or logistics services, including the types of transportation services currently referred to as “Taxi”.

You further acknowledge that the Services under these Brands or Order Options may be provided by or in connection with: (i) certain subsidiaries and affiliates of Taxi 24/7; or (ii) independent third-party service providers, including Transportation network company drivers, transport charter permit holders, or holders of similar transport permits, authorizations or licenses.

Third Party Services and Content.

The Services may be provided or accessed in connection with third party services and content (including advertising) that Taxi 24/7 does not control. You acknowledge that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to your use of Third Party Services and Content. Taxi 24/7 does not endorse the services and content of third parties and is not in any way responsible for any of the products or services of third party providers. In addition, Apple Inc., Google Inc., Microsoft Corporation, BlackBerry Limited and/or their respective international subsidiaries and affiliates are third party beneficiaries of this Contract if you access the Services using applications specifically designed for Apple iOS, Android or Microsoft Windows mobile devices. or Blackberry, respectively. These third party beneficiaries are not parties to this Contract and are not responsible for providing or supporting the Services in any way. Your access to the Services using such devices is subject to the terms set forth in the applicable Third Party Beneficiary’s Terms of Service.

Property.

The Services and all rights related thereto remain the property of Taxi 24/7 or its licensors. Neither these Terms nor your use of the Services grant you any rights: (i) in or in connection with the Services other than the limited license granted above; or (ii) to use or refer in any way to the company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks, or service marks of Taxi 24/7 or those of its licensors.

Your use of the Services

In order to use most aspects of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal User Services account (“Account”). You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (if different than 18) to obtain an account. Account registration requires providing certain personal information to Taxi 24/7 such as your name, address, mobile phone number, age, as well as at least one valid payment method (either a credit card or an accepted payment partner). You agree to keep accurate, complete and up-to-date information in your account. Your failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on your account, including designation of an invalid or expired payment method, may result in your inability to access or use the Services or 24/7 Taxi’s termination of these Terms with you. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account name, and you agree to keep your account username and password secure and confidential at all times. You may not have more than one account unless 24/7 Taxi allows you otherwise in writing.

User requirements and behaviour.

The Service is not available for use by persons under the age of 18. You may not delegate the use of your account to third parties, nor may you allow persons under 18 years of age to obtain transportation and logistics services from third party service providers unless they are accompanied by you. You may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services and may only use them for lawful purposes (for example, not to transmit illegal or dangerous materials). You may not, in your use of the Services, cause harm, inconvenience, inconvenience, or property damage, whether to third-party service providers or to any third parties. In some cases, you may be required to provide proof of identity to access or use the Services, and you agree that you may be denied access to or use of the Services if you refuse to provide proof of identity.

Text messages.

By creating an account, you agree that the Services may send you certain informational text messages as part of the normal business course of your use of the Services. You have the right to refuse to receive text messages from Taxi 24/7 at any time by sending an e-mail message to support@taxi24.app stating that you do not wish to receive more such messages and include the mobile number that receives these messages. You acknowledge that refusing to receive text messages may affect your use of the Services.

Promotional codes.

Taxi 24/7 may, at its sole discretion, create promotional codes that may be redeemed and credited to the account or other features or benefits related to the Services and/or services of third-party service providers, subject to any additional conditions established by Taxi 24/7 on the basis of each promotional code ( promotional codes). You agree that promotional codes: (i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be copied, sold, transferred in any way, or made available to the public (whether posted on a public form or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by 24/7 Taxi; and (iii) may be disabled by 24/7 Taxi at any time for any reason without incurring any legal liability; and (iv) it can only be used in accordance with the specific conditions established by Taxi 24/7 for each promotional code; (v) not valid for cash payment; and (vi) may terminate prior to your use of it. Taxi 24/7 reserves the right to withdraw or deduct credits, benefits or other benefits obtained through the use of promotional codes by you or any other user in the event that you select Taxi

24/7 or believe that the use or redemption of Promo Codes is wrong, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise in violation of the terms of the applicable Promo Codes or these Terms.

User Provided Content.

Taxi 24/7 may, in its sole discretion, permit you from time to time to submit, upload, post or otherwise make available text, audio and/or visual content and information to Taxi 24/7 through the Services, including comments and feedback. in connection with the Services, creating support requests, and submitting entries for contests and promotions (“User Content”). Any User Generated Content provided by you remains your property. However, by submitting your UGC to Taxi 24/7, you grant them a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, irrevocable, royalty-free, royalty-free license, and the right to sublicense, use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, and distribute the UGC Publicly display, publicly perform and otherwise exploit in all forms and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with Taxi 24/7 services and business as well as websites and services of third parties), without sending you additional notices or obtaining with your consent and without the need for payment to you or any other person or entity.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are either the exclusive and sole owner of all User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents and releases necessary to grant 24/7 Taxi a license to use the User Content as set forth above; and (ii) neither the User Content nor your submission, uploading, posting or otherwise making available of such Content nor 24/7 Taxi’s use of the User Content will infringe, misappropriate or violate any of the intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, copyrights or privacy rights of a party.

You agree not to submit any User Content that is defamatory, defamatory, hateful, violent, obscene, pornographic, illegal or otherwise offensive, as determined by 24/7 Taxi in its sole discretion, whether such material is protected by law or not. no. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary network access data to use the Services. It is your responsibility to maintain and update appropriate equipment or devices that are necessary to access and use the Services and Applications and any updates thereto. Taxi 24/7 does not guarantee that the Services, or any part thereof, will work on any particular equipment or devices. In addition, the Services may suffer from malfunctions and delays that are inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications.

paying off

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT USE OF THE SERVICES MAY RESULT IN CHARGE TO YOU FOR SERVICES OR GOODS YOU OBTAIN FROM A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER (“FEES”). After you have received the services or goods obtained through your use of the Service, 24/7 Taxi will facilitate the payment of the applicable fees on behalf of the Third Party Provider as the Third Party Provider’s limited payment collection agent. Such payment of the Fee is as effective as if the payment was made directly by you to the Third Party Provider. Fees will include applicable taxes as provided by law. All fees paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by 24/7 Taxi. You reserve the right to request reduced fees from a Third Party Provider for the services and goods you have received from them at the time you receive those services and goods. Accordingly, 24/7 Taxi will respond to any request from any external service provider to amend the fees for a particular service or commodity.

All fees are due with immediate effect and the payment process is facilitated by 24/7 Taxi using your preferred payment method specified in your account after which 24/7 Taxi will email you a receipt. If the Primary Payment Method you have designated in your Account is expired, invalid or cannot be paid through, you agree that Taxi 24/7, acting as the Third Party Provider’s Limited Payment Collection Agent, may use the Secondary Payment Method in your Account, if Found.

As agreed between you and 24/7 Taxi, 24/7 Taxi reserves the right to create, cancel and/or revise fees for any or all services or goods obtained through the use of the Services at any time at Taxi’s sole discretion. 24/7 absolute. Further, you acknowledge and accept that applicable fees in certain geographic areas may be significantly increased during times of high demand. 24/7 Taxi will use reasonable efforts to notify you of Charges that may apply to you provided that you will be liable for Charges incurred under your Account regardless of your knowledge of them or the amounts thereof. Taxi 24/7 Company may from time to time provide some users with promotional offers and discounts that may result in varying amounts being paid to obtain the same services or goods or to obtain similar services and goods during the use of the Services and you agree on your part that these promotional offers and discounts shall not be – Unless also made available to you – in connection with your use of the Services or fees charged to you. You may choose to cancel your order for the Services or not

In this case the mediation and/or arbitration will be conducted in English and your native language. Taxi 24/7 may provide notices by sending a general notice regarding the Services, by sending an email to your mailing address on file with your account, or by sending a written letter to your address on file with your account. You may send notifications to Taxi Company 24/7 by e-mail and contact numbers on its official website.

General Provisions.

You may not assign or transfer ownership of any of these Terms in whole or in part without the prior approval of Taxi 24/7. But you agree to give your consent to Taxi 24/7 to enable it to assign or transfer ownership of these Terms in whole or in part, including to: (i) any subsidiary or affiliate; or (ii) an acquirer of 24/7 Taxi’s shares, business or assets, or (iii) its successor company in the event of a merger. No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship will arise between you, 24/7 Taxi or any other third party service provider as a result of the contract between you and 24/7 Taxi or use of the Services.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be illegal, void or unenforceable in whole or in part and under any law, that provision or part of the provision shall be deemed not to be a part of these Terms without any effect on the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms. . In this case, the parties shall replace the unlawful, invalid or unenforceable provision/part of the unlawful, invalid or unenforceable provision with a legal, valid and enforceable provision/part provided that it has an effect similar, as far as possible, to the unlawful, invalid or unenforceable provision/part unenforceable subject to the content and purpose of these Terms. Appendix 1

Terms and conditions related to value added tax

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (“VAT Terms”) apply as of the date on which they are issued, and remain in effect unless expressly terminated by 24/7 Taxi.
Your continued use of the Taxi 24/7 Application on or after the date of your receipt of these VAT Terms means your acceptance of these VAT Terms.
The terms used shall have the meanings defined in the General Conditions of Use above, unless they are expressly defined differently in these VAT Terms.
Reference to “24/7 Taxi” in these VAT terms means reference to both the 24/7 Taxi Company, a Saudi limited liability company incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its head office in Dammam, and the Saudi 24/7 Taxi Company, a company A limited liability company, established in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and registered in the Commercial Register No. 2055130968.

VAT applies to flight fees

In application of the instructions received from the General Authority for Zakat and Tax, the value-added tax is calculated on the total transportation fare at the prevailing rate, and in the event that there is any change to these instructions and this change is applied retroactively, Taxi 24/7 will seek to return the value-added tax from the amounts that It may be returned later to Taxi 24/7 by the General Authority of Zakat and Income, in accordance with the provisions of the third clause below.

VAT refund

24/7 Taxi does not provide any guarantees that the VAT amounts that are calculated on the entire transportation fare will be refunded from the General Authority of Zakat and Tax or refunded to you.
24/7 Taxi is entitled to deduct administrative expenses and other costs (including fines and any assessment of unpaid VAT) incurred by 24/7 Taxi as a result of applying the instructions of the General Authority of Zakat and Income before returning the VAT back to you.
The VAT refunded to you will be added to the account in the form of a non-transferable, non-refundable balance for cash, and this balance is available for use in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only, and it expires one year after its issuance (unless otherwise provided by Taxi 24/7) . You agree that you are not entitled to a refund of VAT in cash.
In the event that your account is closed if you are eligible to recover the VAT amounts, Taxi 24/7 will send you via e-mail a voucher (the value of the amount of VAT that must be refunded to you) that you can use on the Taxi 24/7 application. The coupon is yours and you can use it by opening a new account on the Taxi 24/7 application. your own or reactivate your closed account. In the event that your e-mail address is not available in Taxi 24/7 records (because you did not share this address with Taxi 24/7 in the first place or for any other reason), Taxi 2 will not seek4/7 to contact you and any refund of VAT amount to your order made in accordance with clause 10 below. 24/7 Taxi will not be responsible for any Coupon sent to the email address on record in 24/7 Taxi records if such Coupon is received and/or used by anyone other than you.

In the event that your account is closed if you are eligible to recover the VAT and 24/7 Taxi did not contact you according to paragraph 9 above, you can contact 24/7 Taxi to recover the VAT amounts. Refunds are made by issuing a voucher that you can use on the 24/7 Taxi application in accordance with the details specified in Paragraph 9 above. 24/7 Taxi has the right to ask you to provide any documents (including receipts for trips that you receive via email from 24/7 Taxi or via the application) to document your claim.
You agree that you will not request a VAT refund from Taxi 24/7 after 12 months from the date on which you became aware of your potential right to a VAT refund, and in any event no later than 5 years from the date such claim arose.
